Parent Meeting Recap

Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for coming to the Booster meeting last night.  And, thank you to Coach Dave for getting us out of there relatively quickly!  The boys each will receive a team shirt (already ordered) as part of their booster fees.  If you are interested in any additional team spirit wear for your son or yourself, you can visit the Bloomfield Sports Shop in person or online to place an order before August 10th.  Go to and click on Team Wear to view options.
We have collected the booster fees, camp release form and camp payment from the majority of families.  If you have yet to turn in your forms and fees, please pop them in the mail ASAP and send them to: 
Please email me ( for the mailing address. The booster fees are $75 and the camp fee is $285 (total $360 made payable to Seaholm Boys Cross Country).
Sign ups:  I created the sign up genius forms for our snack and past party sign ups.  Use this link to access the page:   We are asking that each family sign up for at least 2 slots (per athlete).  I will let you know specific times to bring food for the pasta party (not finalized yet).  In terms of snacks for the meets, just bring them to the meet (or send them with the boys).
Birmingham Harriers 5k Fundraiser:  One last reminder to sign up for our one and only fundraiser for the year.  We are hopeful that each boy can get 5 people to register!   To register, go to:
